Hello,

I had a problem with the upload with this show:

I went back and swapped out the files for the second set, and can't figure out how to get the new files derived. Thanks!

Bryon

Thanks a bunch. In the future, if this happens, is there a way to do it myself?

Thanks again!
Bryon

It depends. If a derive fails and throws an error message (i.e. you get an email and the history has a "red row"), you can't restart it yourself.

If you mess something up and want to fix it after a derive goes through successfully (like you leave two songs on one track and want to split it up), you can re-derive manually BUT you need to make sure to delete the system-generated checksums first.

Manual re-derive is done by going to edit item > change the information > item manager and clicking the derive button.
